Order Management Officer
We are excited to offer you this new opportunity within Wipro Technologies, one of the biggest brands in the industry at this moment with a well-established history in various domains.
As part of this project, your role as OM Officer will be to build and co-manage a strong relationship with our client organization and perform based on defined SLA and KPIs.
Job requirements:
- Manages Customer relationship through providing daily operational support;
- Communicates all relevant information and ensures Customer satisfaction regarding the activities in scope;
- Keeps Customer informed of progress at all stages;
- Deals with and coordinates any order prioritization request with the Customer, to meet expectations;
- Processes all the order management requests in a timely manner and according to the Customer's instructions / procedures;
- Sends purchase orders to Customer's vendors / suppliers, asking for acknowledgements and delivery confirmations (including friendly reminders);
- Manages all transaction processing activities, finding solutions and giving answers to raised queries / issues;
- Ensures that Service Level Agreement is met at individual level;
- Analyzes operational data, identifies root causes of (repetitive) issues and drives corrective actions for the current activity at individual level;
- Independently handles, assists the customer to determine problems and provide resolutions on any customer issues & process general volumes smoothly;
- Accordingly stores documents (including preparation steps like printing and scanning);
- Proactively monitors backlog of orders / requests using different tools & reports, working to avoid escalations;
- Provides continuous visibility of the orders / requests backlog situation to the Customer.
Candidate’ profile:
- Advanced level of English;
- Basic domain knowledge (financial, supply chain and logistics);
- Independent MS Office user (especially Excel);
- Customer service oriented;
- Problem analysis and problem solving;
- Numerical competencies;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Strong planning capacity;
- Previous work experience, preferably in SAP (SD/MM module), Logistics, Supply chain, Order Management or Customer relations management is an advantage.
